This comes in handy when you are using functionality not yet available on MakeGreatSite \u2014 for example, login and personal profiles, also if you&#8217;d like to direct visitors to a particular resource without the need to click a link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Follow the instructions below to enable the automatic page redirect to an external source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important: <\/strong>This option is available for Pro sites only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Page redirect to an external resource<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. First, open the page from where you want to set an automatic redirect, and hide all the blocks there. The redirect doesn&#8217;t occur immediately, so the content of the original page might be displayed for a couple of seconds. By using a blank page, you will be able to avoid unnecessary glitches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatsite.dev\/makegreatsite\/docs\/site-editing\/hiding-a-block-on-different-devices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hiding a block on a page<\/a>\u00a0article will guide you through this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. In the new window, enter the following code in the\u00a0<strong>Code Snippet \/ HTML\u00a0<\/strong>tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><code>&lt;meta http-equiv=\"refresh\" content=\"0;URL=https:\/\/google.com\"\/><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After&nbsp;URL=&nbsp;tag in the code, place a link to an external source where you want to redirect visitors. In this example, visitors will be redirected to a Google page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tip:\u00a0<\/strong>You can set a delay before the redirect happens by changing the number that follows the\u00a0content. For instance, 0 is redirect without delay, while 5 will set a 5-second delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
